Photography since 1972

I have been devoted to photography since 1972, and my life journey has always been deeply connected to the visual arts. From the very beginning, I was fascinated by the power of an image – its ability to freeze time, convey emotion, and tell a story without a single word.

My professional career developed through work at several television stations, where I took on various roles: from graphic designer and videographer to art director. This path allowed me to combine static and moving images, understand the dynamics of visual storytelling, and develop a sharp eye for detail that shapes the final impression. As an art director, I led creative teams and projects, always guided by the belief that strong visual communication is built on clarity, aesthetics, and emotion.

Photography, however, has always remained my first and greatest passion. Over the decades, I witnessed the transformation of the medium – from analog film and the darkroom, through the transition to digital, to the most advanced technologies of today. Yet regardless of the tools, I have always believed that the true value of photography lies in its honesty and in its ability to capture the spirit of the moment.

Today, with more than half a century of experience, I strive to merge tradition with contemporary expression. My goal is not only to capture a scene but to transform it into a story – one that will remain a lasting memory and a visual trace of its time.
